Can anyone please tell me if they have used this site before? I ordered a cd last wednesday and the money has been taken from my credit card but I haven't received an e mail confirming my order and I'm having problems logging in to the site. I'm getting concerned now!

I too have had no confirmation of order from this site and can't login either. Just searching the web for any bad reports.
I am now concerned too.

Bit of detective work and i got thru to reception at 1200 Century Way. (see 'about us' on their web site for their full address). You can get the telno by searching for the postcode.
They wouldn't put me thru to 4CheapCDs, but kept relaying my questions. They wouldn't give me a contact number either.
Lots of reports on the web for this site, some are good but a lot are bad. Reports of no CDs turning up etc. Checkout ratings on kelcoo and DVD reviewer to see what i mean.

I guess the reviewer who said you get what you pay for was ultimately correct.
I am disappointed... the web allows you to search for the ultimate bargain but there are always caveats.

Hi Rob1964, I finally received my cd today!. I did receive an email a couple of days ago to say that they had sent a confirmation email but it couldn't get through on my computer. Hope you receive your cd's soon! Thanks for responding x
