Hiya,

It's my friends little girls 2nd birthday in 2 weeks time and I'm really struggling for ideas....

I would prefer not to get toys as she already has tons, I was thinking clothes, but it's really difficult - I need something really funky and unusual....I've already been around all of the usual places but can't really find what I'm after.........any ideas???

I'm looking to spend around 20

Thanks

Hi, as a mother of a 2 yr old with TOO MUCH TOYS:-) I would suggest, clothes definately, as they grow so quickly and its expensive to be constantly buying them.

If you really don't want to buy clothes, I would suggest some learning items or books, there are some great ones out there. My little girl loves The Gruffalo, and also, The Gruffalos Child.

Hope this helps

My alltime favourite: Cutlery with name engraved.

How about one of those umbrellas that looks like a frog or a ladybird? If you know her shoe size you can also wellies to match.
http://www.insectlore-europe.com/ this is a great website I bought a butterfly farm for my neice it's great as the little uns can watch and learn how things grow etc....

Why dont you buy a money box for say 5 and put the rest in the box. When the money box is full they can open a post office or building society account.I bought my 2 neices one for Christmas and every time I go round they proudly show me that they are saving their 1p&2p etc. As they say you are never too young to start saving
