Bought some bedroom furniture on 5th of may, spend over �500 and you get a "free telly" 17 inch flat screen, well ,they didnt tell us at the time of buying you have to wait 21 to 28 days for the telly, just found that out now after ringing up as to where the telly was. not impressed!

Yes normanthedog always do, and with it being a "special offer" it wouldnt be on the paperwork methinks, i double checked the paperwork to be sure

I would never buy another thing from MFI, my new kitchen was a complete shambles. Totally unprofessional wasters.

We have bought wardrobes and chest of drawers, got the same thing yonks ago and they are still as sturdy and strong, did you complain to them fizzytwig?

Complain, I had a complete hissy fit. They still have not told me that I am not getting my cooker from 18 months ago. Half the kitchen came one week, then the other half the next, bits missing, bits damaged. Never again.

We phoned the customer helpline and a few days later the telly arrived! brilliant picture on it,well worth the phone call...
