Anyone use the patch as contraception

Hi.

I am 36 with 3 children and have zero desire to have any more and am thinking of using the contractpive (sp) patch.

I have read up about it and it seems ok for me. I know I would be very good at remembering to change it and not forget about it so that side would not worry me but does anyone have any first hand experience of actually using it.

I don't have first hand experience but my friend uses it with no problems :)

Hi, i don't have first hand experience but one of my friends also uses this without any problems.

However, when i asked my doctor about this, she wouldn't let me try them because it is not as strong as some pills (including the one that i take) & she said that she usually only recomends the patch for young girls who are likely to forget to take the pill or very petite women.
