I have lower back/pelvis probs which means that in bed I have to sleep with a pillow between my legs when I lay on my left side (my favoured side so spend most of my sleep that way). At the mo I'm using a normal bed pillow but it tends to end up either right at the end of the bed or up against the wall, or on the floor, leaving me with a pain in my hip in the morning! I've heard that you can get full length, tubeish shaped pillows (apparently they are popular for pregnant women) but I don't know what they'd be called or where I can get one from! Any ideas?

In olden times long pillows used to be called bolster pillows.

They were also very handy if you were sleeping on a saggy matress & next to someone else - the bolster pillow prevented them rolling into you!

(I had lots of siblings & shared a bed for some years!).

Bolster Pillows although the ones we had weren't so luxurious!

Have you heard of Cushties? They are the most comfiest, squidgiest, marshmallowy thing ever! Originally you could only buy a small pillow, but they have recently have brought out a long body one.

www.prezzybox.com - body cushtie 19.95

You can get a foam bolster cushion made up here if you'd prefer that over the fibre stuffed ones.
