my sister has short legs too she gets hers from topshop, miss selfridge and dorathy perkins they do petite section and arnt that pricy hope this helped
i wouldnt say u have short legs to be honest mine are only 30'' and not that often do i have problems in buying trousers
my leg is 28" and I don't tend to have a problem. New Look, Dorothy Perkins, etc all seem to do petit ranges.
we have three tailoring shops in our town who will take up a pair of trousers within the hour for 5.00.
17 yr old with 30" leg here too! I get most of mine either from dorothy perkins or river island, RI ones fit lovely! But most high street stores will offer a range in leg lengths. If there isn't any on the rails... ask, shops usually have different lengths that they will order in for you.
Matalan do jeans in a range of leg sizes - it's where I get most of mine from, and I'm 5' .
