Yup! We complained to sky about our old sky box which was having all sorts of problems, we asked for a new one and was told it would be �90ish. We pointed out that if you are new to sky (not like us with over 16 years full sbscription!) you can walk into most highstreet retailers and get a new box and install for FREE!! Now how;s that for service, our trick was to go through by phone to 'cancellations' they offered a FREE sky+ box and free install.
