The winning bidder pays the p&p costs as well as the amount for the item. For things too big to post you need to list as pick up only and the listing shows your location so people know how far away from them you are.

To work out the cost I use this website to give an accurate UK amount www.royalmail.com.
The ebay selling pages allow you to list a UK amount and to send elsewhere, charges on application.
Bidders often send emails saying how much to send to USA etc. Again royal mail website will give the amount to charge.
After the bidding ends you click on a button to send winner an invoice. They will respond and at that time you will see their address.
