Can anyone provide contact details for somebody "high up" in amazon.co.uk ?

I emailed with a comment, twice received a standard reply, and only AFTER SHOUTING and asking to be put in contact with a supervisor received a personal reply from a Kenneth O'Grady who did acknowledge my comments but informed me that

"I can also assure you that your query is too trivial for a manager's attention."

which was asking for trouble really.

So any tips on how to find someone senior to Mr O'Grady?
