Has any one else been ripped off by them? I've just taken out a 12 month contract with vodafone as i was leed to belive you get stop the clock for free, but you don't and i have to pay an extra 5 a month for it. This means that i'm paying 10 extra each month than i normally would with o2.

I am sure you can take it back within 2 weeks if you are not happy not sure if this is too late for you, you can also go to the branch manager and kick up a fuzz in front of other customers they dont want that it looks really bad on them so he will have to do something for you.
I had a Sony Erricson on 18m contract from them.It broke down after 13m.They said the 12m warranty was up but they could send it away 4 repair. They said it could take up 2 30 days and wouldnt give me a courtisy phone.I went home and rang my service provider who told me Sonys had a 2 year warranty.I took it into Carphone warehouse, told them the saga, they sent it off 4 repair and gave me a courtisy phone. It came back 2 days later good as new-no charge.
