I decided to go shopping this morning. As I was in Russell and Bromley buying a gorgeous pair of red wedges at 75% off I lookd in my various carrier bags to see the array of gorgeous clothes I had bought in the sales and I thought to myself,is there ANYTHING better than this? I LOVE SHOPPING!!!!!!!

Actually Si one of my children was conceived whilst I was wearing a particularly nice pair of shoes. But that is another thread.

Ahem... PIPPA, I wore a brown skirt and a pink top last week and I thought I looked really rather nice so there ;0P

Nah... I really, really don't like those shoes at all... I have a nice pair of beigey wedge heel type sandalls which are ace and because they're so subtle go with quite a lot of things... why not try somehting like that.

I always think it's better to have some shoes that are the main feature of the outfit but you should also have shoes that go with everything... And I think those shoes would take away from what you're wearing to be honest.

See if you can find another pair.... unless you really like them in which case go for it.

Nah, I'm a mousy brunette type colour... which makes it sound horrid but I actually quite like my hair.... anyway, I digress.

It was a brown suedey type skirt and it's a fairly light brown and the top was a baby pink type (t-shirt type thing, not too girly) and I wore it with said beige sandals up there ^^^^

Mind you... I also got bl00dy wet when the heavens opened too!!

I have 4 pairs in various colours. Comfy for my aching feet, great for the garden and pebbly beach :o)

Actually your outfit sounds really nice, so I take it all back! I love suede and havea few suede pieces in my wardrobe. Some don't fit anymore, but I live in hope...lol.
