have you contacted the seller to find out if there is a problem? if they have sent it it may have got lost or they may have a tracking number for it.

Dont just wait, a genuine ebayer wont mind you enquiring about it.
Make sure you send an email to the seller and if no response after 10 days then send your query to ebay. (there is a link to do this on ebay).
Did you buy it from an online shop on e-bay or juts a private ounter, as thay may be on holiday e-mail them and just check. x
I sell small value clothing on eBay and the postal strike is still hitting hard. Although all the feedback this year comments on the quick delivery, one today - very happy with goods and delay was POSSIBLY due to strike! they had to wait ten day which of course I did not know about. E-mail the supplier and ask when it was sent, they quite likely think you have already received it.
sorry that should have said punter

Its ok pussglen I take it you might have read question below, we dont gang up on everyone for not acknowledging, its just the stars :-)
I am currently having a problem with an item I paid for through PayPal on the 9th Oct. I Have sent about 4 e mails to seller and just done a final one today. If I don't get any response I am going to start a dispute through ebay.
The postal strikes have caused a huge back-log. I received an Ebay item yesterday after 18 days due to the disruptions.
I also have a few items I have sent that still haven't been received after posting, so hopefully yours will turn up soon.
I would still get in touch with the seller though just incase.
Sad your seller didn't advise you when they sent your purchase. (no matter how busy we sellers are it only takes a few more moments! and costs nothing!) it is not up to the buyer to do the chasing and you have every right to be concerned. I get angry with ebay as they are constantly down on sellers - and there are some very good ones of us around!!! but unfortunately there are some sh...y ones there - which give us all a bad name - and those I am as keen as anyone to stamp out - Have cost me too!!!! you have the right to contact ebay - also if you have paid through paypal to contact them also - just go to 'help' and key in 'goods paid for not received' and that will take you through it. Unfortunately as previously suggested - the postal strike - depending where you are in the Country is still taking its toll! I would normally say give it time - but 9 days is more than a legitimate time to be concerned! No response start screaming at ebay and paypal!!! and you do have that right.
