I have the sky 16mb broadband package and have been very happy with it up until last week when they decided to mess about with everyones email account by changing it to yahoo.
I have phoned the technical department up on 7 occasions now and every time i seem to be fobbed off with excuses about how they've done all they can.
I can see my email on the "sky.com" email bit but everytime i click on a message, it just takes me back to the sky.com homepage.....and it's driving me up the wall as i have some important messages i need to retrieve.
What can i do now ? It seems sky have exhausted their options and can't be bothered any more. I a bit of a technaphobe so don't really understand all the technical jargon.
Any suggestions ?
