Can I report abusive eBay seller?
7 Answers
A while ago I bought some items on eBay... and they never arrived. When I complained to the seller, they claimed the items had been sent but returned to him because I hadn't picked them up from the post office. The PO never left a card at my house and I only have the seller's word for it that they were sent in the first place. The items were Christmas presents and the seller refused a refund so I, perhaps foolishly, shelled out yet more money on more postage (which was over the odds, anyway) to get the items 'resent'. I left negative feedback but then, in a moment of weakness, withdrew it by mutual agreement. The next day I got an e-mail (to hotmail, not via eBay) in which the seller called me every name under the sun, swore at me and told me to rot in hell. I wish I hadn't withdrawn my neg feedback now and wondered whether there was any way I could report the abusive email to eBay or whether I should just let it go. What do you think..?

if you no longer want the goods and will prob be too late now if xmas presents, write to them giving them 14 days notice to refund your money, otherwise you will be taking them to the small claims court. Also report the e-mail abuse to hotmail. If you paid by pay pal you should be able to get a refund anyway.

It's sometimes hard to find stuff on ebay that can help you with this problem, I found that I had to go to the A-Z help topics to find what I was looking for...here is the link to help you out

Good luck getting your money back even if you paid by paypal, chances are that the seller doesnt have any money on his paypal account and they wont be able to extract it from him. They will eventually close your dispute. They are useless.
This is why I only make small purchases on ebay so that if I dont receive an item I wont be losing out much. It's only happened to me a couple of times in the last few years though.
