nintendo ds from amazon

Has anybody else had problems getting their nintendo d.s from amazon? Ordered mine on the 17th December when they had them in stock for 95 pounds and used first class delivery to make sure we got it for the big day. I phoned Amazon today as it still hadn't been dispatched. I was told that thay hadn't actually got any Nintendo d.s instock and people who ordered on the 11th were still waiting. Why do they keep having them on their site as instock when their not. This is going to let so many people down. Has anybody actually got theirs from Amazon?

i ordered two for one of my neighbours on 18th December. used express delivery to ensure delivery by 1pm today. Only one of them turned up this morning and the tracking number for the other one was "not in use". I contacted amazon who apologised profusely and refunded the �8.99 delivery fee for the second package but they have guaranteed it should turn up tomorrow!
