I know nothing about the site but I'm concerned that they're trading illegally. The law requires all online retailers, trading in the UK, to provide a postal address for returns. This must either be openly displayed on the website or made available to you when you order. Zhefiry's returns policy includes this:
"Please contact us to acquire the return code and the return address". So that means that if you get a faulty product, and they don't reply to your e-mail, you've no way of knowing where they are.
Also, I'm worried about the lack of care taken over the design of the website. The FAQs page is full of grammatical errors such as 'Why my cards is refused by Paypal?' and 'Where our Zhefiry logo located at?'.
The e-mail address given is a GMail one, which seems unusual and possibly designed to hide their identity.
They do give a phone number with a Birmingham code but I wonder what the chances are that it's ever answered (or even if it actually exists). The reason that I've got my doubts about it is because the fax number they give has the code for Driffield in Yorkshire. (How many legitimate firms do you know who've got their phone and their fax machine 120 miles apart?).
The website is registered to Leo Gates of Flat 2 5th floor, Sydenham House, Exeter, Devon EX4 6SX, which is nowhere near either Birmingham or Driffield and certainly doesn't sound like a business address. The contact phone number is a mobile (which must be a rather unusual mobile phone because the same number is given for faxes!).
As stated, I don't really know anything directly about this firm, but I hope I've given the reasons why I wouldn't touch it with the proverbial bargepole.

Thanks for your reply.
I did notice all the grammatical errors, almost sounds like it is someone with a foreign accent writing it.
I did email to ask if there stuff was genuine and got a reply the next day saying that their stock is originally made to go in the stores. They say that, for example Louis Vuitton, would order say 300 bags and get sent 400, of which they would choose the 300 best ones that they want in the stores, and the other 100 would be overstock sold on a website like this.
I have no idea how true this explanation is or if this is indeed something these designer stores do.
As you say though, it looks like a site that is best avoided!
I'm sure if i try and look at it in a couple of months time, it will no longer exist!

I am experiencing a nightmare transaction with zhefiry at present and would advise everyone to avoid dealing with this company in the strongest terms.
I purchased a bag, which arrived and was so obviously a fake, that I contacted them for a refund. I was given an address in Beijing, China, which I thought was odd, but posted it registerd mail. After 2 weeks I sent an email re my refund, and guess what, they claim they never received the item back. I am now in the process of having postal services track the parcel. But zhefiry are not answering my emails anymore.
Please take my case as a warning.

everyone, be seriously aware of zhefiry.com.
they are a great con! i have been left 270 out of pocket, as i was soooo naive and the fact i found the balenciaga bag i always wanted at a great price took over my judgement and i did not check them out properly.
item never arrived. e-mails are not responded to and phone number displayed on website is not recognized. and to top it all up credit card used as payment was discounted to a handbag store in latvia!!!!! do not use them. never, ever, ever.

Hi There,
Obviously the site sells 'fakes' , i have successfully bought 4 bags from them now, and one was for my sister and she didn't know it was a 'fake' and took it to Mulberry to get a cleaner for it, and they didn't realise either.
People stop me in the street to comment on my bags, and cannot believe they are fakes!!
May be i was lucky but i rave about the site
xx
