giving away a motability scooter

I have a motability scooter to give away (needs new batteries) must go by monday 22nd at latest. does anybody know of any charity, or just somebody who may want this as it will be a shame to take it to the local dump

Try putting it on Freecycle - I'm sure you will get many people willing to come and collect from you.

or call other local charities in the yellow pages some have vans that can collect.
