I got these gift tags made up for my son's teachers - they were really nice and they made them to look like my sons - i.e. one with straight dark hair, one with fair curly hair. They also made the colours in their school colours. Then you can attach them to anything you like e.g. wine, choccies or tolietries ( a nice nail file set or something)
teachers always like to receive chocolates, wine, biscuits. you can also get some nice little boxed gifts from Next for a fiver, ie perfume, body lotions etc, only if its a female teacher in this case of course!?
my teacher-clients give me the chocs/wine/sweets/cakes/candles/jewellery/diaries/books.

Perfumes have been kept by them!
I always get a little potted plant from asda about 2 then let the kids paint " thank you miss/mr -------- "
