John Lewis Account

My account has arrived and once again I am frustrated by the lack of info on the account. Each item is just shown as John Lewis, as if that wasnt obvious! Why cannot the bill show where the money was spent? It's no use saying I should carefully keep my receipts and use these because I always lose them.
