ALWAYS be in receipt of your payment before sending out goods, though I expect you will have learned that by now.
In this instance, you can send her a polite email requesting the payment and rely on her honesty. You might also add that you mistakenly posted them out having mistaken her for another customer who had made a payment.
Should that fail, if you go to "My eBay", where you can find help settling a dispute.
Have a look at her feedback, too. Also, if you go to "my eBay", then go to "Help" at the top right hand corner of the screen and hover the arrow over the word "Help". A choice of four options will drop down, then click on "resolutiion centre". You'll get some help there.

Right well I opened an 'unpaying bidder' case about two days ago and the buyer still hasn't replied.
I will probably end up closing the case because of no communication with the buyer. This means that I'll get a Final Value Fee credit and the buyer will get an Unpaid Item strike - but what is a final value fee credit?
Does this mean I will be charged for selling the item even though...i haven't?
I dont think my item was over-priced �53 for a pair of genuine new in box UGGS?

Close the dispute once you get the little blue tick (you may have it already as this reply is a little late in the day lol)
you will get all your fees back and if you relist and then sell you will get your oringal listing fee back - you only get that back though if you sell it on the 2nd time of listing
Ugg is a generic name, and can be labelled onto anything.
