Found you!! Had no internet yesterday until the evening. There I was cursing the computer and it was a fault on the BT line. Mr LL reported it when he got home and it was fixed yesterday evening. Well I got on with a lot of gardening instead of lingering on AB.

I'm afraid I will only drink tea out of fine china (true!) I don't care whether it be cups or mugs as long as it is china and preferably white or white with a delicate pattern on the outside. The inside must be white and the china translucent.

Mr LL thinks I am totally daft. One side of the cups cupboard has his horrid mugs and the other has my china ones. However, I can't drink coffee unless it is in fairly thick mugs and preferably an earthy colour!!

Thanks for your hospitality over in Phone Warehouse Nets.

Well, I for one won't be watching any tennis - I find it completely and utterly boring. The only sport I watch really is F1 - oh and gymnastics and skiing (neither of which I have ever attempted - except the gymn at school, which I was useless at.

It was lovely here yesterday and rained at night - just perfect.

I am really enjoying that new drama with Suranne Jones (sorry Robi) and Lesley Dunlop - the first drama series I have got hooked on for yonks. It makes my Monday evenings.

Mr LL has gone down to Woofy's neck of the woods today - Andover. Well I presume it is not that far from Woof.

See you later - am just going to do an a quick AB catch up and then force myself away from the computer xx
Good morning tea bellies...I don't care what my tea comes in, especially if someone else has made it but I have my first mug (x2) of the day in china with white roses on.

ok, who removed my brain & replaced it with kapok? It's probably the weather & spending too much time watching tennis yesterday, I enjoyed it. I must buy some strawberries when I go shopping...if I go shopping...it's lookin' a bit black over Bill's mutha's, tut.

lol @ neti's repair job...is that like all your diy?
<rattles empty cup>...tut, it's bad enough I have to make my own sarnies without having to mash my own tea.... hmmm, well no one's gonna mess with my brew...

sorry, complicated day today...
Oh woofy, hope everything's Ok with you both! x

I really must concentrate, I though woofy lived in Yorkshire!

I am also enjoying Scott and Bailey, although I have to hunt round the net to find it as it's due out soon on dvd so my legal site has stopped uploading it! I wondered where I had seen Lesley Sharp (I think you'll find it is Lottie) and she was in Vera drake as the mother who called Vera in and the daughter nearly died!

Am watching Serena Williams at the moment, laying on my bed in the cool! (No, she is not laying on my bed in the cool, d'oh really!!)

Just wobbly Neti, Dh had dialysis this morning then clinic in the opposite direction this afternoon..his dialysis isn't quite sorted and he needs to discuss symptoms this afternoon, then tomorrow we have the cancer doc to hear about the radiotherapy plans :-( Nothing we weren't expecting and nothing new to worry about but still.........
oh, dear, what a lot of kerfuffling, woofy. Hard to know, which is worse, having to rush around the map to get to appointments or having to wait quietly at home for them.

Kidney clinic went well....blood tests all excellent....recent tum upsets and pee retention due to a stomach bug likely to hang around because of dh's poor immune system...not pleasant for DH but a real relief.
phew... sit down, cool your fevered brow and have a little finger food

Good news about Mr woofy!!
I've just had some finger food .Two hot dogs with tomato sauce :)
Glad all went well for Mr Woofy .
It's very hot here today with a dry wind .The wrong sort of weather for me to choose to traipse into town .But I did get some things .A nice linen jacket in a stone colour and a maxi skirt in lovely shades of turquoise with bits of black .Sort of a swirly pattern. Then toddled round Lidls for the herrings .
So .....I'm gonna make myself a nice cuppa tea dreckly and put my feet up and watch Luther .
We'll have to get some sort of tea break alert set up in here .Otherwise it could all get a bit much

ooh, sounds lovely shaney...just be careful in that maxi tho', you could find a small child & a puppy under there when you get home :o)
Hahaa Robinia .It's lovely though ,cool and floaty .I can waft along the High St now :) I had to laugh when I tried it on in the local Dept store they had bottles of Yooof Dew in the changing rooms so I had a good squirt for old times sake .When I came in Mr S said "what's that funny smell ".
I've just nearly fallen sideways off my chair here laughing at Jnos brilliant reply in News to sleazey chops .
Yoof Dew? I used to love that...it can only mean one dept store ;o)

...<dons colander & goes to have a look in news>
No it wasn't Debenhams Robinia but a local one ,Palmers ,part of the independent Dept stores group .They have nice things and it's not too big that you get lost in there like some of them and they do a nice cup of tea :)
It reeks of Yoof Dew as you go in . Actually now it's worn off a bit it smells lovely .
