Leaving gift

I get on really well with a guy in the office and he is moving to work in our Australian office for 2 years. I would like to get him a leaving gift. I have met his wife and his daughter so would like to get something for all the family but don't know what to get. It would have to be something small as they will have a limited luggage allowance. Any Ideas?
