ebay help !

i dont know where else to write this but i cant contact ebay, and there advice thing isnt coming up with my answer, ive got a ebay account and i usually use the uk ebay , but on ebay.com ive seen something i want and it ships worldwide so i dont see why i cant buy it , but it says taht i cant add it to my watch list because its full , but it isnt full ive got loads of space , i thorght maybe it was just that item i couldnt add but i tryed random items and they still wont let me add them ?

How many items are you currently watching?

You can only watch so many items at any one time, perhaps you are up to your limit on numbers.
Some buyers block people outside their own country, you can nominate where you want to advertise, so perhaps this is say a US seller who doesn't want to send outside the US? However that can't be right if it says it ships worldwide.
I find eBay really quick to get back to me through their "contact us" link - why can't you do that?

i am only watching 50 and you can watch up to 200 so i dont know why !

you cant contact them directly you can only type in questions its ridiculous i cant find a email or a phone number to ring !
