Try this company, I have been to at least 3 functions where they have provided the marquee and I can honestly say they are excellent, they will provide everything from the marquee to the bar and toilets and generators for power. good luck at your friends wedding. here is the link to their website.

Electricity ... big mobile generator
Toilets ... marquee loos nowadays are plush, with separate ladies and gents, proper flushing loos with real cubicles, mirrors, wash basin, towels, courtesy perfumes, curtains across the entrance. They are like posh caravans.
Tell her to stop worrying.
Unfortunately, I don't know anyone in that particular area.

It can work out cheaper to buy a marquee rather than to hire one, it all depends on if you are having the party in your garden or not.
If you are holding a party in your garden, you can use toilets and electric supply from the house. This then leaves you with the marquee, linings, flooring and Lighting to provide.
If you buy this from a company who supply marquees it will usually work out around a quater more expensive than hiring. If you then have use for it again you are £££'s better off, if you are sure you will never have use for it again, then these sell very well second hand on eBay or through websites which sell second hand marquee equipment, such as Curlew.
You would be likely to get upto 70% of what you paid for it quite easilly when sold. £££££'s better off again.
