You are all being a bit harsh on him. The lousy product he is referring to DOES NOT have terms and conditions, nor an expiry date on it. It simply says "expires 12 months from issue" on it. You would have thought that with such a high tech gift voucher, they would have thought up some way of putting the actual expiry date on it. I have dealt with Flex E Vouchers and have been denied all of my gift. As a result, I feel that their institution stinks and so does any endorser of their services. How much money must they be stealing every year on the basis of exploiting other people's gifts?
