I pass a house very day that has a small flag pole with a black flag with a yellow cross. Does anyone know what this flag represents ?

Sandy...Cornwall is my second home, and my first if I could afford to move
down there and I think its a white cross for St Pirin. But St David looks about right. Thanks everybody !

Further to earlier answers the Devonshire flag has a green background, a white horizontal and vertical cross and the cross is bordered with black.
