Is it illegal to drive on British roads with out any clothes on?

all the highway code says is that you should have appropriate footwear on to drive other than that it is just a public decency matter and the law applies in your car as it would anywhere else so if you fancy driving around in the buff just do it in a big 4x4 where people can't be offended by looking at your naked form.
