...In Edinburgh.
We went to get my FiL a birthday present and had a good mooch around the shops. The weather was quite pleasant too which was nice. Bumped into a friend in Primark when I nipped into get some work trousers.
I still can't get over I went into a book shop and left empty handed - THIS NEVER HAPPENS.
Toddled to St James Quarter - needed a break as my sugars started to dip. My husband lost me in JL when he went to get a bottle of Gin for his dad, I was in the stationary section - wasn't amused. Popped to Sky to ask about upgradingy phone, I want to but I'm nervous as I've never done it, I've always waited til the end of my contract.
Swung into Hobbycraft to get a cake board and some card to make a Bookopoly board for a friends Christmas - I'm going to need to get in touch with my artyfarty side for this, just at home waiting for dad to finish work before we go to Berwick for the speedway, hoping to catch up with my rider friend Greg while I'm there.
Hope you have all equally had a good Saturday thus far

I do too but I don't go into town too often. I prefer the Fort to be honest. But I agree there is nothing on Princes Street apart from place after place that sells Scottish tat. We went into an American Candy shop. We sell some of the same things at my work - double the price.
Thank you, you too! Just en route now.
