How does Banksy manage to not get seen by someone when he is doing those fabulous paintings?

I suspect he uses stencils a lot, pre-prepared measurements and a colour chart.  Lot of prep..

Apparently he wears a hi-viz jacket and uses traffic cones to shut the road in the middle of the night.  He uses templates and stencils and it's all over quickly.
