when would a B+B close its doors. i may be going to a B+B in Dublin in June to a concert so i will be going back late. Can you walk into a B+B at 3 am and go to ur room?

Don't see any reason why you shouldn't have a key to come and go as you please. I think those establishments that lock the door at midnight are much in the minority these days. Shop around and ask.

You should as a matter of course be given a key to the front door(s), and a key to your room - if not, stay elsewhere.

Isn't there a travelodge you can use? You can come and go as you please, and lets face, it you won't be wanting breakfast at 7.30 will you???
