Does the DART in Dublin go duing the night or does it this go in the day? because i am going to a concert in dublin in june

Apparently not. The service starts at 6.30AM and runs until 11.30pm

going to the RDS to an Gun'n'roses contcert. I was thingin maybe i could book a B&B outside the city a bit as i could get the DART put in the middle of the night.

Donegal - because of the drunks and weirdos, just like any other city, but if you're ok with that you'll get a bus to a lot of places late night. I'd stick with taxis.
