You could access the Criminal Records Bureau but is a fee paying system.

a friend of mine said her husband was on jury duty and was able to check this out on the web quite easily!!! i was very shocked...he could check out the guy on trial and all his neighbours!!!!

Try this site, click on the yellow box marked people, put in the full name of the person and the area where he lives and it will give his neighbours names as well

i looked in the b4usearch site but it only gives basic info...i cant see anything like police checks info..am i right?
