Lesbians v hetero men

O.K this seems like a weird question but it is something I have always wondered.Do lesbians like a different type of women then hetero men.When I look at some lesbians they are so manly no man could fancy them but lesbians seem to like them.

So far I have been accused of being everyone but this REALLY is stupid.To answer your question female lesbians like to feel protected and a ''butch'' lady has a feeling of being able to protect you and hold you a feminine lady(like myself) does not have the same presence.However a ''butch'' lady likes a lady she feels she can take care of and protect.

I have often wondered why, if lesbians like women rather than men, they would go for a woman who looks like a man, rather than a pretty feminine type of woman. Although I am not a lesbian I sometimes see women who I think are pretty or attractive. I certainly don't see the 'butch' type women as attractive. Just my opinion, but is has often made me wonder.

I suppose the same could be said of men, why do gay men often go for effeminate men, rather than 'butch' ones.

Thanks lankella it is not just me than who has wondered about this than.To answer my own question it is probobly that lesbians look for different thing in a woman than a hetero man.And to the other posters there is nothing wrong with thinking that all butch women are ugly.I am sorry but they are!

It has always been my understanding that people fall in love with someone because of the person they are ~ I reckon most people have dated/slept with people that bear no resemblance to each other at all..unless you are Rod Stewart, Peter Stringfellow or Donald trump of course ;o)

Asking this question is implying that all straight men go for the same type of woman. It's daft.

More feminine looking lesbians are the same as any other lesbian ~ they just prefer to look & dress the way they do.
