Has Brad always been a spokesperson for the plight of Africa or is this a new found interest since he's been connected with Ms Jolie?

I think it's since his connection with Ms. Jolie. It is perfectly natural for anyone to take an interest in the passions of a new partner, but because they are film stars, it will seen as some cynical ploy to garner affection from their public. I suggest that in this instance, the couple are acting as individuals, and should be applauded for their efforts.

It simply boils down to the power of the media doesn't it? We need Hollywood stars to inspire people to act. It's a crying shame.
