Mr & Mrs Algernon Harris have been taken into custody following the disappearance of a Mr Bob of Turkey.

Locals have described the couple as ''strange, they like to keep themselves to themselves'' whilst one neighbour went on to say that the ''strange goings on at all hours of the day & night kept me awake & fearful of my life & beige slacks''.

Mr Bob disappeared one night last week & friends are eager to find his whereabouts. He has been described as a 'wonderful contributor to our local WI meetings' and another neighbour said she was ''worried about Brenda''

well he is in hiding at a secret address and once his new secret identity has a grey tinge rather than a vivid green hue he will make a subtle but welcome return. lol

In the meantime, the Harris saga may not resolve itsself but i hear that Primark have recruited Bob for the opening celebrity shopper in their new store. lol

Pippa, I can reveal that Bob's "disappearance" was infact a well planned escape from the clutches of Mrs H. He has been "kidnapped" by his accomplice (some mouthy Scottish bint, possibly a WRI member with a fondness for scones), and taken to a secret hideaway till the dust settles. He will lie low in the hope that Mr and Mrs H will be questioned at length and then charged with crimes relating to his harrassment and eventual disappearance. Many posts and threads from AB are currently being investigated by the police as they feel there are vital clues to be gleaned. Brenda was not taken with Bob, and is feeling somewhat deflated by the trauma of the whole experience. At the moment, Bob is tightly tethered to a bed post with red silk scarves, and is unable to log on to say hello, but I'm led to believe that he's not at all unhappy about that. He has stated that IF he ever returns, it will only be under his own name, not ever any alias of any sort. He hopes any imposters will be treated with the utter contempt they deserve.

Well I personally think that you guys have got it all wrong.

Being a Turkey, he will either manifest himself at Thanksgiving (last Thurs in Nov) or fatten himself up for Xmas.

If we say that we don't miss him, he might come back earlier to have a fight!! (and then we have won!! hehehe Lol ☺
