Mobile Home

I would like to sell my house and buy a plot of land somewhere with no neighbours (so my dogs and I can live in peace). I could not afford to build a house, but would like to buy a mobile home. How do I find out about planning laws etc, and can anyone offer any advice?

Just to let you know we have been to Cornwall with Rosie We had a smasing time weather was good and we managed to visit lots of places taking things at her pace. Sometime my husband dropped us off before he parked the car so she didn't have to walk far. She even managed a paddle in the sea The caravan steps proved difficult but with a little lift from my husband the problem was solved
