So my brother and sister are a little stumped on what to get my mum for her 60th birthday. e want to get her something special but she doesn't have many hobbies (only caravaning) and she doesn't collect anything. She doesn't know what wants. I thought of a picture of all 3 children but that means leaving out our partners so we've hit an ideas wall - can nayone help?

A rose bush? Is there a rose with her name in it?
A star?
A weekend spa treatment?
Pay a weekend site fees on a caravan park then all descend for a BBQ? lol
If she has a good sense of humour you could try something like this:

I've used the company a few times and always been delighted by the results.
Membership of the caravan club ??
Did your mum get her photos developed in the 70s where you got a normal print and 2 'mini' prints? A few years back I gathered up lots of the minis she had stored away and put them together in a lovely frame which had lots of individual frames within it. My mum loved it and keeps it in her bedroom - a memory of her family when she was a busy mum in the 70s!
Tea on the Orient Express
Does she like animals? Cat/Dog/Budgie etc!
Weekend away at a nice hotel (without the caravan)

Manicure, Pedicure and Hair Cut/Style at a quality salon

Slap up meal at her favourite restaurant

Original piece of artwork (or limited edition print) - take her to a gallery and let her choose something she likes

Day out to a local attraction that she hasn't been to for ages, or even a day out at the seaside, fish & chips, ice cream on the promenade etc

Para - I am your Mom's age and like her I don't collect anything. My favorite presents are huge baskets of the expensive bath gels, creams, shampoos, etc. for my bath - and also baskets that are all my favorite expensive things to eat and drink. No matter what, if she is like me, the fact that you have remembered her and spend time with her is what really means the most - we Moms are funny that way.
On a similar theme to the photo frame, for my nans 80th we put together an album, starting with her wedding photos then her children as babies etc, then added the grandchildren and great grandchildren. It took a bit of organising to get the photos from all the family but she loved it.
Hope your ma has a nice bday.
