I wanted to suprise my mum on her 60th next year with a party for 30 people. She is walking the cleveland way and I wanted to find somewhere in Yorkshire or enroute back home to bolton (lancs) which is not ridiculously expensive but pleasant and easily sleeps 30 people. Has anyone got any ideas? Thanks!
