What you have here are the names of the months in one of the Hindu or Buddhist traditions, in a transciption of the Pali form (I don't think you could commit to it being either Hindu or Buddhist). More usual spellings would be Jettha (3rd month); Phussa (10th month) and Magha (11th month).
