Serious question for Sqad...

Is fidelity within a marriage something to be valued and respected - or can a 'loving' relationship be maintained even though one party regularly ''plays away from home''?
Serious question... not just ''a load of hot air'' (like that disgusting thread over in Chatterbank)...

snags....why me?'....I am no expert.
Fidelity, if in a marriage is a reality and not a myth, then it has to be valued, respected and indeed admired.
Not all marriages are that perfect........at a guess, much less than half.
If one of the partners "plays away" and his or her positive characteristics outweigh the infidelities (if they ar not too numerous or obvious) then in my opinion a loving relationship can be maintained.
None of us are perfect and very few can resist temptation, but that should not in itself destroy a relationship.
I am not an expert in these matters and you will get better answers than this one snags.
