bobjugs.......don´t worry about the "miserable buggers", they are usually "wrinklies" ( I think that is the term?) and make up only about 1-2% of AB the other 98% lap it up.

How's life in the sun anyway mate? I had a couple of interesting jobs last week, including a guy who had all the symptoms of a an MI but had a perfectly normal ECG (although when I was checking for ST elevation I did think of you testing me on here)

bob-...LOL..ECG can be normal for a time after an MI.......... cardiac enzymes are a good guide to diagnosis.

We don't have the kit to check for stuff like that. We erred on the side of caution and took him into the nearest Cardiac Admissions Unit for the professionals to check him over. My crewmate was a little concerned about his state so we had everything attached to him. By the time we reached the ED, he had abut 30 different wires connecting him to our truck, including BP, 12-lead and the defib pads (just in case lol)
