Why aren't we allowed to dislike people of differerent cultures and nationalities if we want to?

We should be allowed to dislike any group of people for whatever reason we see fit. Surely it is out human right to do so.
So why is it ok to say we don't like say the French or Germans or Germans but as soon as anyone says they don't like someone from a country with a slightly darker skin colour then everyone starts jumping up and down screaming racist?

What do you mean not allowed? You can dislike who you like however to state that you unilateraly dislike an entire nation, race, creed or religion is totaly irrational.

A young doctor asked me why the english hate the french...but mostly get on ok with the Germans..
I tried to explain we have been at war with the french at intervals almost through all our history...the Germans hardly at all.... He said but you are all Europeans.....silly boy....he won't make that mistake again

Then I explained about the even longer animosity between the Scots and English...that really confused him

dislike who you want! just dont spread your views and influence others, dislike them for the person though not their culture and nationality else its bullying and discrimination
