a really hard song to track down

hi all. i have to post this question again, this time with new info. i was looking for a song i heard in Wales in about 1992/1993. it used to be the first song played each night in the nightclub in Butlins in Pwihelly(sorry for mis-spelt placename). anyway, it was a dance/ravey song. originally i thought it started with church bells, but have been reminded that it actually started with church organ music-possibly even some tune from Phantom of the Opera. lovely haunting music giving way to the dance song. would love to track down the song. anyone remember it, or know of it? thanks!
