National Mourning
2 Answers
So Spain is to have three days of 'national mourning' following the train crash. What does this actually mean in practice? Do they stop showing comedy on TV, discourage parties, wear muted colours, that type of thing, or is it more of a personal attitude like our two minutes' silence?
Not judging, just interested.

I don't know whether this extends to media black outs of comedy shows and cancelled personal parties, but there may be a daily minutes silence or suchlike - perhaps like the daily Angelus that they have/used to have in Ireland.
