In comparison to the number of muslim men who are married to muslim females, the number of converts is teeny-tiny, almost insignificant. And this topic has been covered before, exhaustively. You cannot claim a defence for Islam that it is not sexist because there are non-muslim female converts; their own cultural conditioning will play a part,or they may genuinely have no idea what they are letting themselves in for, or the muslim men they marry have adapted to different social norms as a consequence of exposure to a different culture.
Objectively speaking, all the abrahamic religions have commandments which are sexist. If you follow those tenets and support them, that logically makes you a sexist.
