Why are they irrelevant ?
They are doing what many people have said Muslims should do (me included) .....standing up and denouncing radical Islam.


They will become irrelevant if their ideology is not shared my the Muslim masses, but give them a chance !

I can't possibly look at it. It might challenge my prejudices. It's too long. I've got to wash my hair. Muslims are all terrorist scumbags anyway so why would I want to watch videos about them?

Good for them! As they say, the scarves , hijab etc. are all window-dressing. They are saying, for the most part, what I have been saying for ages. I only watched a few minutes t.b.h. so hope it went on in the same vein - otherwise I will be left with egg on my face and you can jeer at me :(

I saw this a few weeks ago, Jourdain, and follow them on Facebook. The video persists in the same vein as it starts. They are courageous people: by asserting their "reformed" version of Islam they are all at risk from the more numerous group which upholds a "purer" interpretation of the faith.
We wish them well,don't we?

Those were exactly my thoughts too , they have far more at stake by speaking out than we do discussing it safely here.

I believe some have already had death threats for daring to speak this way , so more power to them and may many more join with them.

v_e, well, how often do we hear that there is not enough condemnation from moderate muslims? Yes, we wish them well but to many many people, Islam is still Islam.
