What are your views on the predominance of black crimes of violence especially in the capital?
To even notice it runs the risk of a racist label but can we ignore the facts?

There's no 'predominance' of black crimes of violence where I live.

London...well, London is looking like a lost cause.
Re stop & search. Don't the bad guys cache weapons where they can quickly/easily be retrieved rather than risk carrying them permanently ?

I suggest concentrating on the crime rather than ethnicity. Keep tabs on known gangs and ofrenders.

How can we do that the whole problem is about black crime, and isn't this thread also?
Only because an unreasonable distinction has been made. It's important to accept a crime is a crime regardless.

If one feels one culture is overrepresented then one needs to check what needs to change there to prevent crime being attractive to that segment as they grow up. It's leaving it a bit late to try to isolate groups at the 'crime has already been committed' stage. The offenders are already offenders regardless of colour by then.

Crime is crime. What difference does the ethnicity of the perpetrator make?
//Crime is crime. What difference does the ethnicity of the perpetrator make?//

principle none whatsoever. But the OP isn't asking that question, is it?

As the OP uses black/white as the simple oppositions let's think how a sensible analysis of crime in any particular area Inmight work.

Brixton: 90% Black, 90% of convicted criminals Black.
Brixham: 90% White, 90% of convicted criminals White.

No anomalies here, tight?

Now let's take any borough in East London and observe that, at most, half the population is British-descended white, but the greater percentage of criminals are recent immigrants or the children of recent immigrants.

Would this be an interesting and possibly relevant datum, or would it not?

By the way, I'm not suggesting that there are any necessary conclusions to be drawn from the observation (if it's true), only that the "Why?" is a necessary question to ask.

Nationally, ethnic minorities account for a greater percentage of crimes than their percentage as a proportion of the population.

america has the same problem with black crime rates, makes one wonder is it inherent in some of their genes, it cannot all be down to poverty or lack of education, as education is free, just a thought
makes one wonder is it inherent in some of their genes,

Why does it make wonder that, fender?

Your experience with black people or you just you would say it?

Personally I think your wondering is botox.

Talbot, iv lived in the states, have you, iv seen the system and how it works, rich or poor...education is free, have you seen america's prison population statistics, you should check that..really their is a problem.
im not racist correlation statistics...do not add up though, ok its just that *** happens then...
actually all this is prophesied in the bible

Biblical references. Scholars have identified Taharqa with Tirhakah, king of Ethiopia (Kush), who waged war against Sennacherib during the reign of King Hezekiah of Judah (2 Kings 19:9; Isaiah 37:9). ... The two snakes in the crown of pharaoh Taharqa show that he was the king of both the lands of Egypt and Nubia.

the fact that we were digging up Taharqa stuff in er Nubia is neither here or there
( we agree that ) The bible is a book of prophecy and not historical fact.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taharqa

so whever you read Taharkah in the bible
it is referring without a doubt to the upsurge in black crime in Lundy 3000 y later

there - you asked my opinion
It's coz their all that in it...but colour of skin never enters ones mind, some folk are bad some are good. However if it seems crimes are rising by our immigrants I can only see them trying to sell themselves as moral upright citizen'... we know them as Government.
// Hey mon, don' ya do dat ting carrying da knife mon,//

foo! afro caribbeans wivva Dublin accent - is this predicted in the bible?
