I think that you are missing the point, Mars didn't want their product to be associated with such dangerous video content.

/// Best not mention On Onward Christian Soldiers then... ///

Why are those Christian soldiers also to blame for the continuous killings on the streets of London?

Each platform can refuse to air anything they dislike and they already do to a point - virtually impossible to totally ban a style of music as others have stated.
/// ... with the words "Lets blow up those horrible Mosques"

They would be banned before the ink was dry.///

I wondered how long it would be before your islamophobia invaded this thread, as every other thread you initiate. Sad.

It is a valid analogy, nothing to do with islamophobia.

I could have put "Lets get rid of all Canarys"

It is time you flew from your perch and stopped your constant childish Anti-AOG jibes.
AOG- banning an individual song or small number of songsabout blowing up mosques (or advoacting stabbings) may be do-able and should be the aim, although it's not easy to stop content going round the web. But you were talking about banning a whole genre which is clearly nonsense
The notion that a singular style of music is going to create and herald the end of civilisation as we know it, is as old as music itself.

Trawl back through any part of history, and you will find some musician somewhere being castigated for making 'devil's music' and corrupting young people.

They said it about rag time, and jazz, in fact any black music at all - for obvious reasons - and on it continues.

The last time youth threatened the end of civilisation as we know it in any nationally known terms was The Sex Pistols on the Bill Grundy show.

Pop music is designed for two purposes, to bind you with your peer group, and to alienate and disgust your parents, ideally both together.

'twas ever thus.
