Do not be so silly, if you have the necessary bits, you are a woman.

You don't have to use just posses them.

You know their are physical operations people can go through?

If someone has a physical operation, and hormones etc.. Why are they not the new gender they've always felt?

BTW just as an ad Spath, more serious note....
I've taken a lot of interest in this post as I have a member of family who proclaims to have gender dysphoria.
