You really have to ask?

One side is considered untouchable by Plod. There is a mountain of proof to that.

Krissoni Henderson (1st video) was arrested and found guilty of religiously aggravated threatening behaviour in 2016, also the year of your clip on that same street.

The single officer was faced with a large gathering baying crowd and under the circumstances coped as best he could.

That is of course purely based on the view through the lens.
Not enough police to wield their truncheons and forbidden to do so.
I do agree , that officer needed back up, Henderson is a nasty sort.

He's actually a windbag but the Q is why the inconsistency.

Apart from the second clip being a two handed team and no baying crowd, I don't know.

The second gentleman wasn't causing an obstruction as such and there was free open space around him - whether he said anything untoward to members of the public prior to the film I have no clue.
He would likely have wandered off after a while.
Yes, Henderson is a windbag and was (not sure if that's changed) prone to take steroids and is certainly built for action, in stance if not in deed.

Favoured targets - women.
Muslims get a free pass.
On t'bus?
Some laws and general accepted rules of behaviour do not appear to be obeyed by some Muslims.
Krissoni Henderson is a nasty chap for sure - confrontational to put it mildly.
